首先，这个是官方（Adobe）出品的类库，很强大。

感谢Adobe~~~~AS3千秋万代一统江湖。

我不编写代码，我只是代码的搬运工，还有一个英文的帮助文档（CHM格式）。

IllegalStateError                 This class represents an Error that is thrown when a method is called when the receiving instance is in an invalid state.

JPGEncoder                  Class that converts BitmapData into a valid JPEG  

PNGEncoder               Class that converts BitmapData into a valid PNG

IURIResolver                      The URI class cannot know about DNS aliases, virtual hosts, or symbolic links that may be involved.

DynamicURLLoader              Class that provides a dynamic implimentation of the URLLoader class.

URI                                   This class implements functions and utilities for working with URI's (Universal Resource Identifiers).
